Peace and Grace to our brothers and sisters in Christ. Summer is just around the corner and we are preparing for our summer youth campers and Chrysalis Butterflies as well as other events. For those of you who are not familiar with Mount Wesley, we are a non-profit camp, conference and retreat center. We are located on 64 acres in the beautiful Hill Country in Kerrville, Texas. We also have a short video that we can loan to any group that is interested in coming to Mount Wesley, just call or email us and we will send it to you.
Mount Wesley is celebrating our 85th year of providing our guests with a quiet setting in the beautiful Texas Hill Country to experience God’s love.  As part of our 85th anniversary celebration, we would like to start an Alumni Association. We are asking for stories from anyone who has experienced Mount Wesley, either as a camper or as a retreatant.  If you would like to share your experience with us, please send it to us at jjustice@mountwesley.org or pattiz@mountwesley.org.  We would love to hear from you.  Please give us your contact information for our Alumni Association. You may also leave your story with us at our booth at Annual Conference in June.
Youth groups, mission teams, Sunday school classes, reunion groups, etc. that are looking for a project, please contact us. We are always looking for volunteers to help us enhance our campus. We can help design a project to fit your group.
If you are a church or large group and would like to help us renovate our sleeping/meeting rooms, we have a program called Adopt-A-Room. Our sleeping & meeting rooms need renovating and I have attached a list of our projects for your consideration. In the sleeping rooms, we would like to eventually have hard surface floors, new window treatments, new mattresses and new paint. As for the meeting rooms, we may opt for hard surface flooring, new window treatments and paint. We feel that hard surface flooring and blinds will help alleviate allergens and odors. I am also attaching a “wish list” of our most desperately needed items.
Thank you for helping us spread the word about our needs. After reviewing our lists, if you are interested in planning a project, please contact Karen Craig, events coordinator or Patti Zaiontz, Administrator to coordinate your project.

The Tree Top has been repainted and a wall mural has been added to create a “Tree Top” experience as you enjoy your java!!!  As you can tell, we have been busy. It is our desire to help make your stay with us, a "mountain top" experience!!!
The Agape Room I will be scheduled for a much needed rehab. Structurally, it needs a lot of work. ANY VOLUNTEERS!
